TERMS & CONDITIONS


These Terms and Conditions constitute the contract between The CV Squad part of TedTech Worldwide (SL) and the Client and are deemed to be accepted by the Client by virtue of confirmation of your acceptance of these Terms and making full payment for the service.

These terms contain the entire agreement between the parties and unless otherwise agreed in writing by a director of The CV Squad, these Terms of Business prevail over any previous terms of business or purchase conditions put forward by the Client.

No variation or alteration to these Terms shall be valid unless the details of such variation are agreed between The CV Squad and the Client and are set out in writing and stating the date on or after such varied terms shall apply.

Purchasers of our services enter into a contract, which is written within the sole jurisdiction of English courts of law. Payment shall be through Sage Pay / PayPal and it is these terms and conditions that will apply. In addition, work will not be commenced upon an instruction from a client until full payment has been cleared by Sage Pay / PayPal and has reached The CV Squad.

All Fees are inclusive of any Value Added Taxes or other applicable sales tax. Valued Added Tax will be charged at the applicable rate within the UK.

A contract only exists when The CV Squad accepts your order. We reserve the right to decline your order or to withdraw services/goods at any time without notice. We accept no liability for refusing to accept your order or withdrawing services.

All prices and services are subject to change without prior notice. We accept no liability for changing any prices.

The CV Squad accepts in good faith information which purchasers of its services provide and is not in any way responsible for the accuracy of such information. Furthermore, The CV Squad is not responsible for the accuracy of any information, which is written in a purchaser's CV or any other document provided by The CV Squad.

It is the responsibility of purchasers to ensure the accuracy and veracity of information provided to The CV Squad, and information, which subsequently is written into any document provided by The CV Squad.

 

TIMEFRAMES:

Once we have received all of the essential information stated on the Order Confirmation, our turnaround time is 2-5 business days. We will allocate your order to your expert and book your initial consultation. Amendments are completed within 1-2 business days. After signing off your CV, and if ordered, we will complete your Cover Letter and LinkedIn documents within 1-2 business days.

24-Hour Delivery: Order must be received by 12noon for draft to be ready for the following day, otherwise it will be completed within 24 hours after the start of the next working day (9am). If for any reason these deadlines cannot be met, you will be notified immediately.

All turnaround times relate only to standard Monday to Friday working days and exclude weekends and Bank Holidays and the time taken for the customer to supply amendments and additional information requested by their CV consultant.

All turnaround times apply to the delivery of the first draft, after which it is up to the client to supply the information required for any changes.

 

YOUR NEW CV:

The CV Squad offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and unlimited amendments within the first 30 calendar days of delivering the first draft or an amended version of your document. After this period all changes are chargeable. We will review all amendments or additions that you’d like us to make and implement those within 1-2 business days. Please, keep in mind that we are not only a team of writing experts, but also a team of recruitment specialists and understand how a recruiter reads and uses a CV. If you wish to go against our recommendations, we will, of course, do that. However, please note, in that instance, should you not have the desired success with the CV, any reworking of the document post-sign-off will be chargeable.

 

LINKEDIN:

For security reasons and as standard, we do not log in to your LinkedIn Profile and edit/create your actual profile for you. Once you have signed off your CV, we create the content for your LinkedIn Profile and provide you with an easy to follow guide explaining step-by-step, with screenshots and exact instructions on what to do: basically, a simple copy/paste exercise for you and shouldn’t take longer than 10-15 minutes. Once done you can also let us know and we will check that all is ok. If, however, you are experiencing difficulties, or you do not have the time, we can log into your profile and edit/create it for you. In this case, you will have to be available to authorise and allow us access (due to LinkedIn's security controls), plus there will be an additional £50 admin fee.

 

COMPLAINTS:

Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of the service raise this with your Account Manager or email support@thecvsquad.com The CV Squad undertakes to examine any complaint and respond to the purchaser as soon as practicable, normally within two working days.

 

INTERRUPTIONS TO SERVICE:

The CV Squad is not responsible in any way for any interruptions to the service it provides as a result of a breakdown of the internet or other supporting services and does not undertake any liability for any losses which may occur as a result of such breakdowns. It will, however, use its best endeavours to deal with such errors.

 

TERMINATION:

The CV Squad retains the right to terminate any contract with any client should it so wish at any stage in the production of any document and retains the right to keep fees paid.
